So as we continue to hire and move furniture around to accommodate new team members, we recently joked about metrics that could be used to manage an "agile sweatshop". While there were many great suggestions, most votes came in for either:
- story point per square foot
- pair density quotient (i.e., maximizing the PDQ)
As we continue to grow, maybe we could see how one of these metrics evolves in VersionOne. I offered to track this metric separately and to therefore not worry about building into our product<G>.
