Managing Your Backlog

Life is full of difficult decisions and sometimes we have to make tradeoffs. The best thing you can do is to get your backlog in priority order and work from the top. Establishing a stable velocity is key to understanding how much you can get done. Sometimes you are fortunate and the list is easier than it looks. If you finish early, you can always go back for more.
